Welcome to PodcastsityTV (“PodcastsityTV,” “the Site,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of podcastsitytv.com and any related content, features, or services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About PodcastsityTV
PodcastsityTV is an independently owned and operated video platform featuring content across multiple niche channels. I am a sole proprietor, and references to “I” or “my” throughout these Terms refer to the individual operator of PodcastsityTV.
2. Use of the Service
The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by, any third party.

You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without permission
Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems
Use the Service to transmit any harmful, unlawful, or infringing material
3. Intellectual Property
All content on PodcastsityTV — including video, graphics, logos, channel branding, and site design — is owned by me or licensed to me, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, unless otherwise credited. Third-party content (including content from Featured Creators) remains the property of its respective owner and is used with permission or under applicable licenses.

I make a good-faith effort to ensure all content is legally sourced and appropriately credited, and to honor Fair Use practices where applicable. If you believe content on the Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact legal@podcastsitytv.com.
4. Affiliate Links & Advertising Disclosure
PodcastsityTV participates in affiliate marketing programs, including but not limited to eBay’s affiliate program. This means that some links on the Site (such as those in the shop/product sections) may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through those links, at no additional cost to you. Products featured are selected at my discretion and reflect my own opinions or interests unless otherwise noted.
5. Featured Creator & Sponsored Content
PodcastsityTV offers a Featured Creator program through which creators may pay for promotional placement on the Site, arranged via Fiverr. Any sponsored placement, bumper ad, or paid promotion will be treated as such and is not an editorial endorsement unless explicitly stated. Featured Creator content remains the intellectual property of the respective creator, used with their permission for promotional purposes.
6. Newsletter & Email Communications
If you subscribe to the PodcastsityTV newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails regarding new content, channel updates, and occasional promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email. Your email address will not be sold to third parties.
7. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (including affiliate links and creator-owned sites) that are not owned or controlled by PodcastsityTV. I am not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access third-party links at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PodcastsityTV and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to damages from reliance on affiliate product links, third-party content, or Featured Creator promotions.
10. Changes to the Service or These Terms
I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. I may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Effective Date” above will reflect the most recent update.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.
