Refund and Returns Policy

**PodcastsityTV LLC – Refund Policy**

At PodcastsityTV LLC, we strive to provide clients with exceptional service, both as a guest blogger and through our streaming service. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a client needs to request a refund. Please carefully review our refund policy below.

**Refund Eligibility**

A client may be eligible for a full refund under the following strict conditions:

* **Cancellation Before Airing:** The client has decided not to continue with the contracted services and has submitted a written cancellation **before** the scheduled air date and time of the video(s).

* **Failure to Meet Terms of Service and Agreement:** The delivered video product does not meet the criteria outlined in the Terms of Service and Agreement established between PodcastsityTV LLC and the client.

**Non-Refundable Circumstances**

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

* **Cancellation After Airing:** If a cancellation request is received on or after the scheduled air date and time of the video(s), no refund will be provided.

* **Events Beyond Our Control:** PodcastsityTV LLC cannot be held liable for errors, whether natural or man-made, that are caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, technical malfunctions, internet outages, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

**Refund Process**

If a refund is deemed eligible based on the criteria above, the following process will be followed:

* **Written Cancellation Required:** All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

* **Signature and Date:** The written cancellation must be signed and dated by the originator of the contract.

* **Refund Timeline:** Approved refunds will be processed and issued within seven (7) business days of PodcastsityTV LLC’s receipt of the valid written cancellation.

Please submit all written cancellation requests to the designated contact person or address as outlined in your service agreement with PodcastsityTV LLC.
